Pros
Highly competent, friendly, hardworking employees and management; flat management structure; minimal bureaucracy; no dress code; complimentary food--actually too much; the institutional knowledge relating to government healthcare programs is unparalleled because a high percentage of the employees stay for decades, due to the unique work environment; this does not mean the company is old-fashioned--Fu is constantly evolving to master and incorporate new trends in development; the office ecology is the perfect balance of dedication to creating an excellent work product, while avoiding the high level of stress that usually attends such goals; the 401K plan is the most generous I have heard of; good health insurance; management encourages you not to work overtime; annual bonuses; actually the long-term career opportunities for entry level employees is excellent because they'll learn a lot here that can help them should they choose to move on; I could go on, but I'd hate to bore you.
Cons
Somewhat lower-than-average salaries; if you're mesmerized by flashy interiors and designer furniture, this is not the place for you; if you're looking to clamber up the corporate ladder, also not your kind of place, primarily because you'd be climbing sideways.
