Pros
Good name on your CV (?) -- not really-- people in the industry know already about this company
Cons
If you like: - Being bullied at work, specially when after your interview you are told no bullying is accepted. Ironically they even have a "training/induction" for this. - Have to accept poor communication with tech leads and managers that really what they do is to pretend that they are managing. - Hear managers and tech leads complaining and criticizing other people. - Not being able to complain for receiving poor management, otherwise you will be somehow punished for it. - Not being treated as a person, let alone as a professional. - Deal with Project Managers that have not the slightest idea of what's happening from a technical stand point, affecting you in ways you can't think of until you are there. - Having to accept crazy deadlines and long hours of work, and not being able to complain about that. - Deal with a LOT of BS. - Oh, did I forget: you need to wear a tie while you develop software, you know, the BS has to look good somehow. Then by all means, this is the company for you
