Pros
I honestly can't think of anything positive that came from my experience there.
Cons
EVERYTHING!!! Not even exaggerating.....everything...... DO NOT....I repeat....DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! I've had several jobs throughout my career, but this was by far the worst company and department that I've ever worked for. Management expects you to be a robot, head down and typing nonstop. Mistakes, regardless of how minor in nature, are unacceptable and you are made to feel stupid when asking questions. Executives are all pompous, elitist, self-absorbed narcissists who quite obviously believe they're better than everyone else. Managers play "favorites" big time and if you're not one of the favorites, you're treated like absolute GARBAGE. Even just walking in the hallways, I would try and say "Good Morning" or maybe "Hello" to the Managers, Senior Managers, and C-Suite Executives when they were present on our floor. I'm not exaggerating at all, but you're just as likely to be met with a dirty look, or even just be completely ignored altogether, as you are likely to get a friendly response in return. NOT EXAGGERATING ONE BIT..... With regards to the C-Suite Executives and High-Level Management, picture a group of guys who were all ridiculous dorks in middle school, high school, and even early college. They all came from rich families, with fathers who would hand them down either an established family business, expedited career paths thanks to powerful corporate connections, or even just astronomical trust funds. Now they're all grown up, think they're better than everyone, and are determined to make the lives of others miserable, strictly out of spite from all those childhood years of dorkiness. The only way to advance is to drink the kool-aid and laugh hysterically at their bush-league jokes, pretty just kissing the right peoples' behinds in the hopes of one day joining their arrogant band of grown-up dorks who almost literally OOZE entitlement. I've never been more unhappy in my entire life than when I was working at FXI.....
