      Pros

      The overall people are great, the people at the plants generally really care, and the everyday worker cares about the company. The products are generally pretty good as well.

      Cons

      They do not care about their people and they do not care about customers. Very typically "Big Company" mentality. Constant back stabbing from mid level folks trying to step on folks to get a head and a senior management team that is even worse.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
