      Pros

      Was a wonderful place to work....allowed for learning and gaining experience across multiple markets. Allowed to explore new product development.

      Cons

      The people/employees that really know the product line - flexible open cell polyurethane have gone. This new group doesn't even know enough to develop the market or totally understand strengths, weakness, opportunities or threats.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
