      Pros

      1st money, 2nd location and lot's of Overtime if that's what you're looking for

      Cons

      unorganized, no staging of orders or preparation. truckers getting angry with dock workers because 4,5,6,hour load times . Why ? Because warehouse customer service doesn't know what they have on hand at the warehouse and doesn't communicate with plant to inform of upcoming orders therefore they don't have enough material to complete the order, or the plant will completely disregard any attempt to communicate what we need to fulfill the order. .

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
