      Easy to work with coworkers, nice amicable environment

      Cons

      Corporate and leadership have their heads above the clouds. Not wanting to invest in company but demand above exceptional results... constant machine breakdowns was/is big roadblock yet corporate turns a blind eye and act dumb when issues are explained for the Nth time.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
