      Pros

      Amazing PT's who love to teach and help out anyway they can to get situated in your role and their expectations. Working at Fyzical was a great experience to get ones foot in the door in the physical therapy / healthcare field

      Cons

      They hire on techs at minimum wage and expect a year commitment which makes life impossible to have any sense of financial security during that time.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
