      Pros

      They have great benefits and most of the people are good to work with. I worked in the billing department and everyone worked great with each other.

      Cons

      They called the office a team when that is not even close to what they beleave. You may work under one roof, but you will be treated like you don't even exist by the physical therapy side along with their management. People were lazy when it came to cleaning up after themself. They would pile boxes and old food in the corner and no one would take it out. And they do not give Raises. Your given a lot of responsibility with low pay.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!

      They keep you busy and provide access to a profit-sharing bonus for performance incentives. One-on-one patient care

      As a corporate company, you feel like just another employee number.
