Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is disappointing to hear that you feel your compensation does not match your expectations. Each center is independently owned and operated and determines fair compensation for their roles and markets. We're also sorry to hear you feel there is a lack of training and that you don't get enough breaks. We greatly value our employees and want to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed. Please share your questions or concerns with your supervisor to discuss these matters further, specific to your location. Thank you for delivering outstanding patient care.
Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!
Cons
Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
