Pros
I work with an amazing team at the HQ office that is very interested in my personal growth and development. My leadership encourages new ideas and process evolution. My team is always there to bounce ideas and questions off each other, or lend a hand if someone is too busy. I started here at an entry level with transferable, but not direct experience in this field. My training was great and I have learned so much from everyone. When it came time for my annual review, I was happy with the outcome. I have always had a clear outline of my role, and it has evolved and changed with the more I learn. When I have downtime, I am free to work on both personal and team goals and projects that allow me to be creative. I always have something new to do, and I very much enjoy working with others in HQ and in the Clinics. I have great benefits and pay with very generous paid time off. I love the flexibility in my schedule. I like the casual dress code in the office. I am never micromanaged. I do receive a lot of positive feedback.I can request feedback any time I need it. I've loved every day in this office since day one. After a year in this position, I still look forward to work every day. I feel valued here by my team and we are like a family. We have fun and laugh a lot, and we all put on 100 percent every day. I have the best work life balance here. I found my forever home with FYZICAL.
