      Pros

      Small office, and individual 1:1 patient care

      Cons

      The owner doesn’t have a clue how to run a PT business or how to develop a team atmosphere & spirit. He is not in the office much and has no hands on approach. The bathrooms to the building are not ADA approved and there is no running water within the office to wash or clean.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
