We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling underpaid, underappreciated, and overworked—those are tough realities that no one should face, especially after contributing so much to our mission of exceptional patient care. At FYZICAL, we know our franchise teams are the backbone of what we do, and feedback like yours underscores the urgency of addressing compensation equity, recognition programs, and workload balance. Pros

Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

Cons

Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
