To be part of one of the largest CAT dealers in all of North America is something to be proud of. The company takes care of its employees with fair wages and provides an excellent work environment where there is room for growth and advancement if you have the right attitude and skill set. No matter where you go in our large territory, people know Fabick CAT and you can say you work there with pride. I can confidently say that this is the place that I will retire from!
Cons
If you happen to work at some of the older locations or branches, you will likely find a dated environment in need of some rehab. The good news is that it appears that management is reinvesting in its facilities based on updates that the executives provided at one of our last company updates.
