Pros
-A great environment, the focus is on how to create the best environment for the team members as well as the guests. -Easy to communicate with higher-ups, there's no one you can't talk with! -Extremely flexiblee PTO, because everyone enjoys the work they're doing this policy never gets abused and it's always easy to get time off. -They always select the best people to fill in the jobs. Rarely do you have someone above you who hasn't earned their role or doesn't bring a lot of experience to it.
Cons
-Work/Life balance can sometimes get messy during peak times or if there are issues with staffing. You have to speak up to make sure you're not being overworked. -Overall the few issues I had with the company or management were swiftly resolved and always closed to favor the team for the best outcome.
