Pros

-Unlimited PTO -Kind and hardworking people -Overall fun culture -Good health benefits -401k matching (recent perk) -50% discount on all TechStyle brands -open bar (but drink responsibly)

Cons

-The more than occasional bad manager - your boss will set the tone of your work life so if you have a good one, you’ll be fine. When someone gets a lot of complaints from employees, HR listens but does nothing. The situation will fester and talent will leave. -You will likely find yourself doing the job of 2-3 people. Good luck getting help or more money. -There are massive pay disparities amongst those at the same level. In the long run, people are paid what they were able to negotiate and not for their contributions, experience, or work ethic. -So many meetings, not enough time for actual work. This is a common complaint and there are attempts to free up the calendar but before you know it you’re in more back to back or overlapping meetings again. The lack of availability/busy schedules of key decision makers can affect the development calendar and cause lateness. -Politics exist. Not everything will be fair, right, or make sense. There is favoritism, there is a bro-y vibe despite the female majority. -As far as apparel companies go, Fabletics is one of the better ones, with the exception of pay. If you are in tech, finance, marketing, etc, you could probably do better. Note: remember that everyone’s experience is unique and opinions subjective, if you are a perspective employee reading reviews, every company is what you make of it (or die trying).
