Pros
The best part about this company is its leadership, and since they’re the backbone of the company, that’s saying a lot. The main thing that caused them to earn my respect was that their dedication to the team, and the causes they believed in. They demonstrated their care through actions rather than words. I never felt like they were being fake for the sake of getting clout or anything like that.
Cons
I have since moved on to pursue another opportunity, but I’d be happy to return if circumstances allow.
