Pros
I love their products. Working with customers and helping them find what they need.
Cons
I started and was super excited, but my first day was completely disorganized. My second day I realized a bunch of the staff was also new. I couldn’t get much help setting up my benefits. I was able to get some, but hardly any of the sites and apps they use work. They devices used for making sales malfunction a lot. When you have to use someone else’s device you have to mark that you made the sale, but the leads never update it so other people get credit for your sales. It seems to have a revolving door. I didn’t last long. I was being paid half what I was making before and was happy because I thought it would be a great job and I was wrong. I should have researched it more before taking the job. You’re also supposed to get 3 free outfits when you start so you show off the brand. That never happened. I already had their clothes because I was a customer first. In hindsight I can see why it appears to be a revolving door type of work environment. Getting in touch with HR is very difficult. I’m honestly worried I will not get paid for what I did work.
