Pros
There are some genuinely lovely people who work there. The physical office is cool. There is room for career growth if you can navigate the personalities on the leadership team.
Cons
Staff is forced to use incredibly archaic internal systems. There is rampant favoritism displayed by execs. Promotions are regularly promised and never delivered. Motto is you need to “do the new role before you get paid for it” which is demanding more responsibilities from employees without delivering a pay raise. Management and executives were constantly abusing work hours and holiday time — work hours got longer and employees are constantly texted while on holiday or for weekend work because of “emergencies” or launching new collections (which happens very regularly). There are multiple execs who scream at employees and nothing is done about them. Management and executives have very little technical or executional experience and lean on all the underpaid staff to keep the company going.
