Pros
The people who work on the floor are amazing, there’s very little competition and the managers IN STORE care for your well-being and are easy to work with as far as scheduling and call-offs go. They have amazing benefits, like unlimited PTO for full time employees, free outfit every month, and 70% off discount for everything.
Cons
District management was extremely overbearing and it was always stressful when they were coming in, but when they actually were on the floor they didn’t contribute much except criticisms. The business model is so flawed, part-time associates didn’t get paid enough to deal with the customers who were angry with accidentally paying the membership fee. There are a ton of little rules to remember when checking out and returns are ridiculously complicated for no reason. The membership model basically guarantees them a ton of profit from people who forget they’re paying 60 dollars a month. Associates were expected to always be giving every customer the membership chat but customers were often rude and would just act like they didn’t hear us. They also keep taking away the actual benefits of the membership, like outfits, which are the whole reason people even want to sign up.
