Culture— the company proud itself on being inclusive but it’s anything but that especially with new leadership. It has become extremely cliquey with mean girl behaviors. There’s also tons of favoritism and biases. The work in itself is hard to keep up with since there’s constant en-alignment between leaders point of view. No real career growth, development or proper mentorship due to overload in work. No clear boundaries on job responsibilities so you’ll often times do work that’s not within your job scope. Lack of leadership presence at times during important mile stones for the team.
