Excellent communication with management, and a real people first attitude throughout the ranks. A real sense of what can we do better as well,
Cons
Some of the updates and feedback can get a little on the micromanaging side, but it is for a reason. Similarly, the pivots can be a bit sharp at times, but it lets you know they are watching the business.
