Pros

*The company is proud of its free drinks(duh! just imagine the budget for that drinks... come to think of it, at a certain point many employees get saturated to the soft drinks/unhealthy free drinks it provides) It's better to just give the budget as an additional allowance since many employees don't consume the drinks. *Free Shuttle Service going home

Cons

*If you are hired during 2009 and 2010, then most likely you have a good salary. For the rest, it's below what you expect that you may earn from other companies *During my time, if your shift is at 6am. You only have a 20 pesos allowance per day... if you don't come early, then bye bye allowance. It's nice if they could give a Hazard pay/allowance because coming in the wee hours of the morning is a bit dangerous. (In the first place, I didn't like the 6am shift, I just sacrifice my time for the team) *The Manila HR and the Manila Upper Management doesn't explain the policies very well. I feel that it is intentional The policies have a vague statement. On one perspective, it means something, on the other hand, it means another thing. When you ask them, most of the time, they would point you to another personnel to have it explain. But when you go to that person, either she or he points you to another person or gives you a WTF explanation. *I don't feel the comfort or freedom in the environment. It feels restrictive.

Cons

Senior Management is Akin to a Sorority or Fraternity. They are treated exceptionally well and are shameless in their pursuits of recognition. Forced socialization - whether or not you participate in company events is part of your performance reviews. It's not enough to be a friendly, helpful coworker DEI Disgrace - millions and millions of dollars spent on making sure the wrong people are in the wrong job. But hey, they're the right ethnicity! Forced volunteering - another part of your annual review. They give you time off to volunteer at a company-sponsored event. But if you are the type who likes to just do your job, go home, and find life's satisfaction elsewhere, don't join Factset!
