Pros
Decent salary, good internship program, employee stock purchase plan, free lunch, Norwalk is a decent and small town with accessible shops and food but more importantly NYC is easy to get to by the metro north. In general the people are very friendly and intelligent -- the HR department is good at weeding troublesome employees out.
Cons
For engineers there are a lot of proprietary technologies, such as the infrastructure and OS to deal with. Some of these will eventually go away with the porting they are doing, and it largely depends on your team. Many engineers never even have to use those environments in the first place, so it is something you can clarify before taking your position at the company. My new manager and I had problems communicating effectively for the three years we worked together, and again your experience will vary greatly depending on your team and your coworkers.
