They look for ways to get out of deals made with the customers. They offer discounts in exchange for a commitment to order more parts but they don't honor the deals and expect the sales people to deceive the customers and promise discounts on a future orders instead of making good on the pricing they originally agreed to. Unethical practices. As equally as disheartening, they also find ways out of paying bonuses and incentives for performance to their own sales people. Unbelievable!
