Worst Company Ever! - Anonymous employee Factory Motor Parts Employee Review

The people that work for this company are a bunch of back stabbing liars. They have to do that so they can keep their job. GM's are a joke, if they see that you are better at the job than they are, you will be lied about until you are let go. FMP bought out the company i had been with for 10 years and destroyed it within 6mos. Sales continue to fall on a regular basis and so do good employees, people are let go because this company has no clue how run this type of operation. Instead of fixing the problem and generating sales they fire people so that their numbers look good. Watch out you could be next.
