Pros
Most managers are understanding and great to work for. No mandatory overtime and work hours are reasonable. Vision and Dental benefits are inexpensive compared to medical. 401K is awesome. Steady work 💪.
Cons
No air conditioning. High Turnover rate (not entirely the company's fault) but if they would pay more we would get 2better candidates that are reliable. Low pay for how physical the work actually is. Benefits are insanely expensive for more than yourself. Raises are around 3% so roughly 25 cents if your lucky. But getting more than that is rare. You definitely shouldn't expect an annual raise. 40 hours of sick PTO annually, 80 hours of vacation PTO annually. PTO accrues according to seniority.
