The company has many friendly people with outstanding ideas and values with a strong desire to grow and move forward in their careers. People who believe positive change is achievable and that it will have positive impact on their daily lives.
Cons
Little or No career advancement opportunity, only restructure and allocation of work. therefore employees, departments and locations, don't care and are not really interested in what happens outside their wheelhouse. The company grew rapidly adding outside middle management in areas that need inside management that grew at the same pace while adding and advancing workers trained and mentored creating an upward forge to the top. The company stopped listening to those who had "been their and done that", tried and proved, and found viable solutions that worked, while exceeding industry standards. Middle and upper management are not accountable for their mistakes, covering up and overlooking their shortcomings. More often than not reinventing the same mistakes slowing the company's ability's to progress forward.
