Additionally, we consider excellent service to our internal and external clients a cornerstone of our culture. We believe every interaction with Faegre Baker Daniels should leave clients (and employees) feeling heard, helped, and respected. We are sorry to hear this was not your experience. Technology organization leaders have many plans for process improvement and recognize there are opportunities to upgrade some of our systems. For more than a year, dedicated project teams have worked on upgrades to bring new technology capability to the Firm in 2018. While many IT roles require regular on-call work to support the technological needs of the Firm, we also value work-life balance. We have introduced generous paid time off, telecommuting, as well as opportunities for flexible scheduling in response to those concerns. We are open to hearing ideas from employees about additional ways to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.
