Product fits needs in the marketplace so no reductions due to financial concerns. Company has nice year over year revenue growth (which the executive management makes a point to tell the employees constantly).
Cons
By any reasonable standard this company is completely micromanaged. You will be measured constantly, watched and questioned about everything you do, asked for opinions and be publicly scorned for them, and under the concept of Accountability be made to endure or provide public apologies for slightest transgressions. No annual reviews or raises. PTO/time off policy has ridiculous restrictions. Leadership will smile at you one moment and walk you the next. Management is very petty. Turnover is RAMPANT. I know people who are unemployed who I won't recommend this company to. If you quit on your own they will treat you like dirt, like they can't believe you wouldn't want to work there. No employee advocates because family members hold top positions throughout including HR. That top workplace designation is a joke too. Departments are small and employee demographic questions are asked. If you give negative feedback many employees fear they can be identified by management despite the advertised anonymity.
