Pros
I was fortunate to start at FairWarning when the Managed Privacy Services unit was getting started and for 2 years had the opportunity to help grow and establish that line of the business. I had a wonderful experience growing both personally and professionally along with the business and expect FairWarning will continue to be successful. Overall, there is a great group of people working at FairWarning and opportunities to contribute to the product, customer success, and the shape of a growing organization. My experience at FairWarning often pushed the boundaries of what I thought I knew or could do, but in the end I always learned something about myself. I left the company to re-locate, but my experience will be a huge part of my career and future.
Cons
These are not really cons, but could be depending on your preferences. FairWarning is growing and change often comes quickly. Having worked previously at a large, more bureaucratic organization, FairWarning is certainly not that. There are times when there is not a clear path to follow, because the organization is growing into new territory. If you are energized by these kinds of challenges, you will do great.
