Pros

*Co-workers are tolerable and the job is easy(the pay is low) *Good location *Do not drug test *Hire people with no experience *also all the good reviews, is because the CEO makes his workers write reviews. pathetic

Cons

There is one BIG CON, The CEO is extremely rude. This is a private company, so you have to answer to him all the time. He is unavoidable and you will feel the negative presence he brings to the work environment. He is the main reason why I'm leaving, he has no regard for his co-workers and disrespects him like he owns them. If you want the experience because they hire people with no- experience ( bottom of the food chain) then do it and quit after a year. That's the best advice I can give you

We’re disappointed to hear you’re not thriving at FairWarning, this is not the case for most team members. We strive to provide a challenging environment and encourage you to speak with your manager if you’re not being challenged; this is a growing industry and there is always something new to learn. We are 100% unaware of anyone being made to write a review, whether it be positive or negative. We do encourage open and honest feedback which has in turn created some reviews on Glassdoor. Our CEO has an open door policy and encourages team members who have issues with him, or anyone else, to come and talk to him personally so things can be resolved. We encourage you to communicate your frustrations with your manager or the People Team so we can help properly address and potentially fix any issues you might be having.
