We’re disappointed to hear you’re not thriving at FairWarning, this is not the case for most team members. We strive to provide a challenging environment and encourage you to speak with your manager if you’re not being challenged; this is a growing industry and there is always something new to learn. We are 100% unaware of anyone being made to write a review, whether it be positive or negative. We do encourage open and honest feedback which has in turn created some reviews on Glassdoor. Our CEO has an open door policy and encourages team members who have issues with him, or anyone else, to come and talk to him personally so things can be resolved. We encourage you to communicate your frustrations with your manager or the People Team so we can help properly address and potentially fix any issues you might be having.
