      Many great coworkers/providers who sincerely care about their patients! Potential to be a great health care if truly listen to feedback from staff who sincerely want to provide the BEST patient care and care deep from their heart Benefits are ok

      Administration/Management not being held accountable for their behavior, work or clinic outcomes No one to go to if you have a concern which can be challenging and potentially dangerous Employee surveys are done however no results shared with staff- just general results Staff not supported

      Very good information about Fairview during my New Employee Welcome Meeting. I loved how we discussed the values of the company and how as a team we can make those happen. Kurstin makes things super fun, light, enjoyable, and engaging! Overall, a super positive experience during my orientation!
