Pros
the 9 - 5 hours are about the only pro to this job, oh and they have open bar and feed you good food when you come to the home office.
Cons
lack of training, tools, and resources to do your job and you will be thrown to the sharks from day 1. you will be under-staffed to do your job. you will be micro-managed. there are not any standard operating procedures because they change from day-to-day. the measly bonus is nearly impossible to obtain, if you are lucky enough to not start working a property in such bad condition that you will never see a bonus anyway. less than competitive salary w/ benefits that are constantly changing. you pretty much have to go to the hospital and get the company cell phone surgically attached to your body, expect calls through all hours of the night and on every weekend and holiday, and don't ever think about not answering it or you will be written up.
