Pros

the work is very easy, they're extremely flexible, HR is nice, many nice people work there

Cons

pay is low, work is tedious, the company can get sucked into hyper-corporate business school schemes and language. when I got a raise after ~2 years they sent me a letter saying my "market value increased" which was pretty dehumanizing. also IIRC they used to burn their recycling materials instead of recycling them because it was cheaper and that's not cool.
