Pros
I've made great friendships with some of my coworkers over the years. Flexible hours. Recently improved benefits. For most of my time with the company I would've given it a 4-star review.
Cons
In the past couple of years Faithlife was sold to a private equity firm, and sadly, all the stereotypes of a change like that have come true. The Founder/CEO of the company was forced out and replaced by a former Amazon Exec who unfortunately brought the Amazon culture with him. The company has lost its culture/soul and now treats employees more like assets than people. There were recent layoffs where executives picked who to eliminate with no input from senior managers, undermining any trust across the whole company. Products were discontinued and customers were strung on for months before we gave an honest answer. Faithlife is seeming to become a company with a goal of profit for our investors instead of serving the church.
