Pros
One of the pros is very flexible scheduling. There are benefits like health coverage, 401k, and opportunities to move up.
Cons
This is a con with any job that has 24 hour shifts but sometimes you just don't get enough sleep during work and your tired often. Also some of the new dispatchers could really even out the calls between 24's even if it means other units take calls in our area.
