      911 Experience In depth orientation training Thorough field training program Better Equipment than any other private ambulance company Amazing people

      Cons

      Upper Management makes poor business decisions Scheduling Working in the LA County / Orange County EMS system as an EMT is rough. You're at the bottom of the food chain and it's very apparent.

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
