      Awesome partners, decent pay. Lovely patients

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they're doing. Owners don't have integrity. Health and safety of staff is not on their radar, it's not even close to their radar.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
