      Upper management makes no improvements to improve quality of life for employees at the company. You get burnt out really fast at this company.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
