      EMT's recently unionized Good work experience Coworkers are nice Decent benefits

      Cons

      Almost impossible to use PTO or get any time off. Out of the whole company 10 people are approved for requested PTO on weekdays and 5 on weekends. Poor management Horrible staffing and scheduling

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
