      Its a pretty good place to work. You get a ton of experience very quickly and get to know people who work in the public safety space.

      Cons

      The pay and the dispatchers are pretty terrible sometimes

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
