      Pros

      I like running 911 calls, driving lights and sirens, and working with amazing EMTs. I have worked with some super awesome people here! Also, Bosses don’t breathe down our neck all day.

      Cons

      It is no secret that the pay stinks. 16.25 an hour for the amount of responsibility we have is ridiculous. Also upper management is constantly doing dumb things.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
