Lowest paying company in the area - Registered Nurse Falck Employee Review

The company has deteriorated at every level during the past few years. Management has been a revolving door. Staff shortages have been far worse than other similar operations in the area. Employees are paid significantly less than any other company in this area which is one of the main reasons retention and hiring is an on going issue. Employees are mistreated (specially the EMTs), over worked, under trained and our service has been effected negatively as a result. Company's market share in the area is decreasing consistently which along with other issues has created a downward spiral.
