Business Outlook
Pros
- Large company with a presence in the community - The people were great to work with - Benefits were good with included 401 K - Management was easy to talk to - There was tons of overtime if you desired - Lots of growth opportunities: FTO, CCT, 911, management opportunities and so on.
Cons
- Like most ems the pay was not great - As a rookie you will get the worst hours to work - Uniforms were weird (I think they’ve changed) - Taking time off was challenging at times
