      Pros

      You WILL get tons of 911 experience, and if you do well, can become an FTO pretty quickly and get the good 911 rigs. You become part of a family, for sure.

      Don't expect to be able to pay your bills lol

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
