      Most coworkers are great. Flexible schedule, easy to trade. Ambulances are mostly taken care of.

      Cons

      Low paying. Upper management do not care about most employees.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
