      Understaffed, leaves you running around all day with little to no rest. Can be exhausting on a 24 hour shift

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
