      Management didn’t relay their business goals to employees. We would build an relationship up and then the company would pull out of an area. Left lots of bad feelings with others

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
