      Salary is spreaded to cater for leave breaks. Some hours are withheld for next pay.

      Cons

      There are no overtime, time/half or double time for public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Its a daily rate paid which is again divided using hourly rate.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
